I have experience working with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, relationship breakdown, stress and coping and more. I currently only see adult clients (18+).
I also have a special interest in exploring barriers and roadblocks to nutrition and dietary goals, food addiction and roadblocks to other goals. These may involve issues such as anxiety, depression, schemas, beliefs, mindsets, personality, past trauma or others. The work we do exploring together may be directly related to diet or may feel separate, but working through those things generally helps achieve better health and dietary outcomes.
